Current median home values in St. Tammany Parish range between $287,000 and $305,000, depending on the source. Zillow’s Home Value Index pegs the figure at $287,663 — reflecting a modest 0.7% increase year-over-year.
Recent closed sales data, however, places the median sale price at $305,000, up about 5% compared to last year. This steady rise indicates that while the market isn’t seeing massive price spikes, it is holding firm, which can be encouraging for both buyers and sellers.
