It goes without saying that social media such as Facebook and Twitter are some of the most powerful marketing tools at our disposal. According to Statista, Facebook now has 2.23 billion active monthly users. Twitter has over 68 million users. Robin Realty knows it cannot afford to neglect this opportunity. With constant updates to Facebook, Twitter, our blogs, and our YouTube Channel, we are reaching the buyers of today, in real time, with dynamic information on new listings, real estate market information, and advice on other real estate related topics.

Paid advertising is another way we utilize these social media platforms to their fullest potential. Through advertisements we are able to reach users in your local market that do not follow our page, but have shown interests in buying a home in the area. The social media audience is full of potential and we are going to do everything we can to dramatically increase the exposure of your listing.

Global Internet Exposure

When you list your home with us, we advertise your home on the Gulf South Real Estate Information System (GSREIN), the local MLS. All the information about your home (i.e. room dimensions, schools) is cataloged into GSREIN.

In addition to the Multiple Listing Service, Robin Realty advertises your property through a service that sends information to 800 other real estate related websites. Realtor.com is the #1 real estate website for page views and time spent searching for homes. We subscribe to realtor.com enhanced listings which allows us to feature your home on the top of the search, upload up to 36 jumbo photos (as opposed to only 4 photos), create open house alerts, and more. We are also a Premier Agent on Zillow.com, trulia.com, and realtor.com. Being a Premier Agent gives our listings top exposure on these three websites.

Our team will be promoting each of our listings with paid Google Ads to incorporate an extra level of exposure. These ads capture the attention of those potential buyers who are actively searching for houses in your market. Clicks on your listing from the ads will take users directly to your listing’s page on our website where they can find all of the information and supporting materials we’ve added to it such as videos, virtual tours, and photography.

Promotional Videos

Statistics show that nearly 190 million people watched home videos in 2013. At The Robin Group, we want your home to be one of those videos. We believe in embracing the power of video. When we list your property, we create a unique virtual tour video for your home to accompany it with a wide array of print selling material, as well. We know that this marketing is essential and we even create videos for the various communities we serve so that potential buyers can get a feel for the neighborhood that your home is located in. We want to get maximum exposure for your home.

Photography & Virtual Tours

Put yourself in a buyer’s shoes. Your realtor sends you an email of homes and half the properties have photos. Which houses would peak your interest? To sell your home, you must think like a potential buyer. Our professional photographers use state-of-the-art cameras to take hi-res, high-quality photos which we upload to the MLS and all other marketing mediums. Local statistics have found that professional grade photographed homes sell faster than homes that have simple snap a shot photo. We believe our clients deserve this professional service. Traditional Marketing

Traditional methods of marketing will always be valuable tools for reaching potential buyers. Putting a colorful snapshot of your home directly in the hands of buyers makes them an immediately active audience. Robin Realty Just Listed cards are customized with an image of your home and the unique URL for your property’s webpage. Radio ads also provide a separate layer of exposure for your listing that reaches the ears of buyers in the local market. Our radio ads will bring your listing to the attention of drivers just like you who are in the market for a new home.

The average agent will do the three P’s of real estate:

  2. Put the home in the multiple listing services

The Robin Group of KW Realty does the 4th and 5th P, we Proactively market your home a Price watch. We have an entire proactive plan that we enable as soon as you sign the contract with us. All of our agents are required to spend 3 hours a day prospecting for buyers for our listings.

You also get a support team that is dedicated to your individual listing. Any calling, emailing, or messaging regarding your listing will be taken care of in a timely manner. We will capture and process the leads we receive through our various marketing avenues in a way that nurtures more of them into sales.

According to Trulia, listings that are staged and priced competitively sell, at a minimum, 50% faster than non-staged properties.
