And to demonstrate how much our clients mean to us, today we're sharing the success story of just one of our many recent clients who, with a little encouragement, decided to tackle the pandemic real estate bull, and ultimately ended up coming out the other side of the mess not only unscathed, but even better than when he went in.
Scott had rented out one of his Chalmette properties for the past several years, and recently decided that the stressors of being a landlord no longer meshed with his lifestyle. Although the choices of listing agents in the area were endless, Scott was intrigued by Robin Realty’s radio ads stating that if they couldn’t sell their home in 6 months, Robin Realty would happily purchase the home themselves.
Scott came to Tiffani to discuss what he hoped to get out of the home sale—he was ready to be rid of the property and hoped to get at MOST a couple thousand over asking price without having to do too much work on the home.
Despite Tiffani’s assurances, he was still worried that the 40+ year old, 2bedroom/1.5bath home would struggle to get attention even with Robin Realty’s great staging and aggressive marketing tactics.
However, Scott was delighted that Tiffani’s strategies not only put him in a position to receive 6 offers on the home within 2 days of being on the market, but the 955sqft home in need of much updating ended up selling for $8k over the listed price!
