Out of all the questions our realtors get on a regular basis, we probably get asked the most about the inspection period. It can seem like an intimidating process--what are the inspectors going to find? Will I end up finding out my dream home secretly needs a TON of work? What inspections do I even need to order??
Although all homes require case-by-case attention, typically the inspections that Robin Realty recommends most to our clients are:
-General inspection (Addresses the conditions of the roof, foundation, electrical, any safety issues and a host of other structural aspects.)
-Termite inspection (Most lenders will require this!! We want to make sure your home-to-be is free of any active structure-damaging termites.)
